Climb Core

Build up that core strength!

Climb Core classes are a great addition to all of our classes and your weekly climbing routine. Classes are aimed at increasing strength throughout your entire core, not just your abs. Mixed cardio during your core workout will increase aerobic capacity and elevate your heart rate. This class will put you in functional positions that will help you develop your entire core including your glutes, hamstrings, abs, and lats.

Great for beginners!

From the placement of our hands on the wall to the sway of our hips, alignment is an important component of all climbing. In this session we will take this focus into our yoga sequence as well. Challenge yourself with a class that takes you deeper into your practice to spend longer time on poses and work through variations that bring awareness to how your body is aligned in a posture.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Find your flow

Linking the breathe with each movement, we create a sequence of poses that flow together seemlessly. This practice of yoga creates a steady rhythm that allows the class to flow as one unit.

Slow down and breathe deep

With the support of props we are able to sit in poses for extended periods of time allowing for a deep meditative practice. After a tough climbing session, this class offers our muscles a chance to rest and restore, the poses promote fresh blood flow to these tight spaces.

Alpine Fit

Be adventure ready!

This high intensity cardio class consists of 4-12 minute rounds designed to match the varied demands on the alpine climber. Expect hill running, pack climbing, core exercises, antagonist attention, and the occasional alpine surprise.

Power Flow

Find your power through this strength based session!

Here we will push our endurance to the sweaty max as we flow through dynamic poses. With instructional support we are able to go beyond our physical boundaries in a disciplined way. This class will strengthen and support all levels of movement practice.
